Role Summary

This position focuses on providing administrative and operational support, with a strong emphasis on travel coordination and KSA visa processes. The role includes handling daily office tasks (documentation, meetings, reports), managing travel arrangements (flights, hotels, itineraries), and supporting visa and Iqama procedures in Saudi Arabia. It also involves coordinating with internal teams, travel agencies, and government entities to ensure smooth operations and compliance.

Administrative Support

Duties and Responsibilities

  • check_mark Provide general administrative and clerical support, including filing, documentation, and correspondence.
  • check_mark Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and maintain records as required.
  • check_mark Manage office supplies and support day‑to‑day office operations.
  • check_mark Assist in preparing reports, letters, and internal documents. Travel & Accommodation Coordination
  • check_mark Arrange domestic and international flight bookings in line with company travel policies.
  • check_mark Handle hotel reservations and accommodation arrangements for employees and visitors.
  • check_mark Coordinate travel itineraries, confirmations, and related documentation.
  • check_mark Liaise with travel agencies and service providers to ensure cost‑effective and timely bookings.
  • check_mark Visa & Iqama Procedures (KSA) - Support KSA visa processing, including business, work, and visit visas.
  • check_mark Handle Iqama‑related procedures, renewals, and required documentation.
  • check_mark Coordinate with government portals, agencies, and PROs as needed.
  • check_mark Maintain accurate records of visa and Iqama documentation and expiry dates.
  • check_mark Coordination & Communication - Act as a point of contact for internal teams regarding administrative and travel‑related matters.
  • check_mark Follow up with employees and external parties to ensure timely completion of required processes.
  • check_mark Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant regulations.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • check_mark Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business Administration or a related field (preferred).
  • check_mark Minimum 2 years of experience in an administrative or office support role.
  • check_mark Proven experience in: -Flight ticket booking - Hotel reservations - KSA visa and Iqama procedures
